Job Announcement - People & Culture Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the People and Culture Manager leads and manages the continued development of organisational culture, staff engagement strategies, and day-to-day operations.


You will be a go-to person for all employees. You will work with the management team to implement guidelines and initiatives to ensure a healthy, happy and learning organisation with our embedded values and cultures.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage human resources management functions, including recruitment, professional development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration and policy management.

  • Design and lead inspiring learning and engagement activities that champion a high-performance team culture that supports Starfish Education's mission.

  • Lead and manage wellbeing programmes to ensure staffs' health and wellbeing.


Requirements

  • A bachelor's and Master's degree in a related field

  • Experience in a mid-senior HR-related role across all HRM and HRD functions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate with counselling and negotiation skills at all levels

  • A passionate learner with a growth mindset

  • Team player, problem solver and comfortable with change

  • Comfortable with technology for day-to-day work
